Type 1- Ki(Or Energy) Attack To Ki(Or Energy) Attack
For this your depending souly on the fact that your Ki Attack is stronger than thiers. If someone fires a Ki attack at you, you're more than welcome to attempt to fire a Ki attack or Energy Attack at thiers. Several things may happen, the blasts may collide and explode. One blast Might grab the other and send both blast to one person. Or One blast may over power another destorying it potentially hitting the person who ust got over powered.
Type 2- Physical Attack to Ki(or Energy) Attack(s)
This is new. For this your Physical Attack has to do more DMG than the Ki Attack. Depending on how much DMG is dealt by each person and what kind of attack it is depends on the outcome. You may knock the blast away, you may hit the blast as it explodes on impact, you might attempt to counter it and fail miserably. You may even knock the attack strait back at your enemy.
In the case with Multiple Ki Attacks like someone doing like a Tri Blast, each blast you deflect takes away some of the power of your counter until thier the attack stops, or you start getting hit. If your STR runs out too early, you get hit by the remaining(or atleast by the majority).

Remember there's automatically a chance for me to roll a counter when you try to dodge Ki Attacks, if you get a special you may return the attack, or get a bonus chance to hit your next attack or what not.
If your Max MP is higher than thiers you get an added bonus for every 2 Max Mp you have over someone is another DMG in the counter you do increasing you chance to win and potentially do more DMG in general.
You Speed plays a small Roll in this as well.

If your being bombarted by Ki and decide ot try to smack them all away remember this, are oyu quick? Are you faster than them? How good's your Strength, can you really counter the attack being done? I cant answer these questions for you, you hve to have faith in yourself for that.
