.: Combos

In a combo all effects and costs and such are partial. (For example, a physical that normally costs 4 Mp and does 20 dmg may only cost 2 mp and do 10 dmg.) A combo is more one action being preformed in a single turn; for every action after the first you must spend a "Combo Point"(CP). (Note: No more then 3 CPs; 4 actions can be preformed in a combo. As your Combo Level increases this may change.)
EX 1- You attack with a Punch, Kick and a Knee. That is equivalent to 2 CPs.
EX 2- You attack with a Distraction(Or a Free Charge), Punch, Kick and a Knee. That is still equivalent to 2 CPs. (Some actions don't count as actual actions)

Hint: A good advantage about combos is that they increase your chance for Damage. If you do a single attack or move your focusing on that single move, you are putting all your hopes on that one thing(100% dmg) but lets say you do two attacks. then they are both only partial dmg they may only do 60% of the dmg that they do normally(Which is 20% more dmg than normal, if completely successful)

% of DMG Charge/Power Up Effectiveness
___________________ ______________ ___________________________
Single Attack/Move 100% 100%
Two Attacks/Moves 60% 75%
Three Attacks/Moves 50% 60%
Four Attacks/Moves 50% 60%

Note: Ki Attacks do 10% extra DMG in AND out of combos***

.: Notes, Facts, and Comments about Combos.

In combos the effects and costs of attacks are less, BUT some things aren't. Like if you do an Energy Attack with 50 MP, it doesnt mean it costs less MP for you, you still have the spend the same amount of MP and do less DMG. Chance comes at a price.
It's not always a good idea to dump all of your CP in the first few attack, try to make them last, you never know when you need to get out of a sticky situation.
Remember, Free Charges and Distractions DO NOT cost CPs to do, do feel free to stick them into combos when nessissary.

Single Attack VS Multiple Attacks- Most people dump out all of their combo points at the beginning of a fight. It seems like most people are afraid to do just one attack and rely in the idea that attacking more times is better than attacking just once. Well that's not always true.
Lets say you do a Combo(Note, your STR in this instance is 20). You do a Drop Kick, Ram and a Kikha. That Combo costs you two Combo points. Let's say you get a Dodge, Hit, Hit. You do 32 DMG without DEF calculated in.
Well there's an upside and a down side to this instance. Lets say you decided to just Ram instead off DK, Ram, Kikha. Well there's the chance that the attack would have been dodged and well a waste of a ram and poo on you; its their turn. BUT if you had hit, that Ram alone would have done 39 DMG(And ram ignores all DEF) So you could have done more DMG with just one ram. THIS ISNT ALWAYS THE CASE, its just an example.
Well what If I hit all the attacks? Well then. You would have done around 47 dmg (Not counting DEF) so Yeah the combo is still better, BUT that is if you hit them all. Also remember that combos can be stopped if when I roll the defenders roll is 10 higher than the attacker and you still lose Combo Points.
