• .: Vegeta's Kingdom - Royal Capital
  Information: This city is the home of the King of the Saiyans; King Vegeta. This area is mainly occupied by Saiyans of either Royal Decent or by members of Elite class or high ranking Saiyans. Vegeta's Kingdom was once strictly Saiyans and working class races to help assist the Saiyans in what ever it is they need. But after Freeza's tyranny and now strangling dominance over the galaxy, races outside of the RHoV have been either forced into the House by Freeza's orders, or have been allowed to join against the Saiyan's will.
  

  	The king of all Saiyans and the father of Vegeta and Tarble. He is also the commanding hero of the Saiyan Army, and led his people to victory in the Saiyan-Tuffle war, in which the planet was renamed in his honor. After his people were annexed by Freeza's Planet Trade Organization, he had no choice but to pledge allegiance, but kept power over his people. King Vegeta appears to be a stoic, level-headed and clever man, and a symbol of Saiyan pride.He is also a ruthless and merciless military commander who openly took enjoyment in the end of his opponents, traits he was more than happy to pass along to his sons. Status:King of all Saiyans. Leader of the Royal House of Vegeta. Known Vocation: Overseeing the progression of Planet Vegeta. Seeing to the expansion of the Saiyan race and the increase of productivity towards the Planetary Trade Organization. Potential Player Use: Currently - Nothing. King Vegeta can only be seen when he calls for you or an appointment has been made.
  	Ahmad is a mean man of a Saiyan. Though his battle tactics can seem some what… unorthodox sometimes, his ability to assess battles is amazing and it's become more than apparent that his son Eyad Al-Sharawneh has the same ability. Ahmad will do almost anything to advance the reputation of his family and to the advancement of the Royal House. Ahmad and his son though not always seeing eye-to-eye, agree on one thing. That a Royal Saiyan is not born, they are earned, and they're both more than ready to prove just that. Ahmad does not have time to mess around and gets strait to the point about everything, and is short with anyone with the disposition to talk to him. Status: Royal Saiyan. Colonel in the Royal House of Vegeta's Army. Known Vocation: Overseeing the progression of Planet Vegeta. Seeing to the expansion of the Saiyan race and the increase of productivity towards the Planetary Trade Organization. Potential Player Use: May have training regiments or missions for his men.
  	Alexander is a rough-tough and tumble Saiyan. Battle hardened and proud of his Saiyan heritage, Alexander has advanced himself in the ranks of the RHoV through what he believed to be the best interest for the Saiyan race. Though he is not a fan of anyone who is not a Saiyan, Alexander doesn't make it a point to make unnecessary enemies. Alexander is very opinionated and when asked, will be honest, even brutally so. Though like a true Saiyan, Alexander believes wholeheartedly in the chain of command and falls in line when necessary. Status: Super Elite Class Saiyan. Colonel in the Royal House of Vegeta's Army. Known Vocation: Overseeing the progression of Planet Vegeta. Seeing to the expansion of the Saiyan race and the increase of productivity towards the Planetary Trade Organization.   	Serena is a vicious Saiyaness, living up to the title of Royalty by proving her might to any and all who challenge her. She has proved that Royalty is powerful, regardless of sex, and if anyone has the angst to say otherwise, Serena is more than happy to put them in their place. Serena is a proud and sometimes arrogant Saiyan with her 'Might makes right' mentality. With a few strong words and a heavy hand, it's amazing what one can accomplish. Serena is rumored to be Vassal Pritt's cousin and air to his throne, but Serena would rather have nothing than have to be around the Low Sector, she believes that she deserves more and doesn't understand how someone of nobility would bother to surround themselves with so many low level scum as Pritt does. Status: Royal Saiyan. Colonel in the Royal House of Vegeta's Army. Known Vocation: Overseeing the progression of Planet Vegeta. Seeing to the expansion of the Saiyan race and the increase of productivity towards the Planetary Trade Organization. Potential Player Use: May have training regiments or missions for her men.
  	Tumas, an Elite Saiyan with the angst for greatness, with his sister Omara. These two Saiyans have made names for themselves by hunting down bounties and raiding planets to help the advancement of the Saiyan race. The two of them are select in those they trust, though as long as a fighter is able to hold their own, the two do not mind working with them temporarily. Though Tumas gets most of the credit, Omara agrees that Tumas is the better Saiyan. Tumas and Omara believe there's work to be done, and there's no point in resting until it's done, or unless there's a stiff drink waiting for you. Status: Elite Class Saiyan. Colonel in the Royal House of Vegeta's Army. Known Vocation: Overseeing the progression of Planet Vegeta. Seeing to the expansion of the Saiyan race and the increase of productivity towards the Planetary Trade Organization. Tasked to tackle various Bounty Missions. Potential Player Use: May have training regiments or missions for his men.
  	Si Young is one of the City officials on Planet Vegeta working with the Royal House of Vegeta as well as being a mediator for some of the other groups and factions who deal with Planet Vegeta. If you're looking for an audience or for political insight, Si Young is the man to go to. Status: Royal Saiyan. Kingdom Official for the Royal House of Vegeta. Known Vocation: Works on the political side of Planet Vegeta working at ensuring the balance around the planet as well as dabbling in a little out of House relations. Potential Player Use: May have insight into higher class and higher up personnel. A good resource for getting in touch with other Kingdom Officials.
  	Ioric is the Technician in charge of the main hanger and port on Vegeta. Ioric is in charge of fixing, maintaining, and working on the ships that come in and out of Vegeta. Ioric is also the man who rents out ships to people and he also knows who's been in and off planet fairly well along with information about others ports. If it has an engine, Ioric can fix it, or find a new one. Status: High Class Appule. Technician of the largest Hanger on Vegeta. Known Vocation: Technician and main adviser for the Pilot Companions. Potential Player Use: Repair and maintenance of ships as well as coordinator of Pilot outsourcing.

  
  

• .: Kyoric's Kingdom - Non-Domestic Embassy
  Information: This City was once known very highly for its trades, located on the edge of King Vegeta's territory. Kyoric's kindom is home to all races and classes, though being located on the Capital Island, it was once home to many Ginyu Forces which have been brought in by Kyoric Himself, though now seems to have become more of a main area for Akuto members, and a couple of other random groups as well as freelancers. Though Kyoric's Kingdom does have an abundance of Saiyans, their numbers are dwindled down a bit due to the Ginyu forces more than apparent distaste for Saiyans, though as of late, things seem to be returning to some form of normality.
  

  	Kyoric is a Royal Saiyan who tasked himself with the job of dealing with other world groups, working almost as an ambassador in a sense. Kyoric is almost arrogant to a sense and keeps himself fairly distanced from others and almost seems to prefer the company of the many guests he has around his kingdom. Kyoric's true intentions are still a mystery, though his resourcefulness and his relationship with other forces giving him a great amount of leeway in the eyes of the king. Kyoric's ability to work with others being very beneficial to Planet Vegeta.. Status: Royal Saiyan. One of three main lords on Planet Vegeta. Known Vocation: Overseeing the progression of Planet Vegeta. Dealing with faction relations and alliances. Main Concern: The annihilation of the Rebellion forces though any means necessary. Weed out any Rebellion spies in the ranks among us and bring them to justice. Kyoric also deals with the Ginyu Force as well as other groups and factions, not only getting jobs from them and doing jobs for them, but ensuring that they stay in-line as well.
  	Iluria was once a proud fighter in the Elite Special Forces. A Saiyan who seemed heartless and brutal, like a Saiyan should be. Though something happened to her one day, Iluria had went on a mission and not returned for almost four years. She was of course, presumed dead. Upon her return, Iluria had a large scar across her throat and another stretching down from her right eye. Her face almost concerned and saddened instead of the battle hardened woman she had once been. Iluria's alliance switched over to the Akuto clan after a horror story that a very select few have heard about which left her more than physically scarred for life. Iluria is now on a path looking for answers to questions not even she knows. The Saiyaness does as she has to do when not bogged down with missions, is seen often staring out into nothingness. Status: Elite Class Saiyan. Colonel in the Akuto Clan's Army. Known Vocation: Technician and main adviser for the Pilot Companions. Potential Player Use: Repair and maintenance of ships as well as coordinator of Pilot outsourcing.
  	Leon is one of the few Zyloshians who had survived the raid on Zyloshia 30 years ago. Leon, is a proud warwolf who fights much differently than most fighters in the galaxy. Leon being more… monk-esk in a sense. His spirit and will strong, and his love for his people unbreakable. Leon is kind but ruthless at times. His actual age is unknown, though he appears to be in his early forties. Leon though no longer hating the Saiyans for what they did to his people on an understanding that it was not out of spite, still has a bad taste in his mouth when ever in the presence of a Saiyan.
  	Mordecai is a Jeice-jin, through and through. His amazing reaction time and his ability to almost have forsight in battle has gained him quite the reputation. Mordecai, though an Akuto, seems to have a bit of a darker streak ot him than most Akuto. He has done some questionable things that the Akuto Can have themselves looked down upon, though his ways may be unorthodox, usually it ends in many lives being saved, though usually at the cost of more than necessary. Mordecai is witty and is not afraid to put himself in front of other people. Though Mordecai is a strange one, his abilities make him one hell of a leader. They say a pack of wolves is as strong as it's alpha. If that is the case, Mordecai and his people have little to worry about.
  	Cinther is one of the heads of contracted marks. If someone wants a hit done, more than likely they slipped it to Cinther; Either for him to do it, or for him to find someone to do it for them. If there's a target to get hit, Cinther can more than likely get Intel on them, or at least give you an approach or location. OR if you're looking to pick up a few bucks, he certainly has something for you to do.

  
  

  Second District

• .: Jarr's Kingdom - Home of the Elite Special Forces
  Information: The home of the ESF; Jarr's kingdom is the city for Vegeta's main military forces. Jarr's kingdom welcoming any race with open arms who is able to hold their own on the field. Jarr himself doesn't keep too active with the activities that go on in his city, but instead leaves that work up to the officials while he worries about tackling more pressing matters such as taking out planets, enforcing law, and completing missions. Though all are welcome, only members of the ESF are allowed into the bases unless escorted by a member of the ESF, but even then can not access the entire base.
  

  	Cravor is an Ex-Ginyu Force member joined Elite Special Forces after his CO Donnet ordered their group to attack and kill every person on an underprivileged and constantly raided civilian space station who had been scrapping together what they could to pay the Ginyu Force to protect them, even against direct orders. Cravor is a man of honor and respect. Since his time witht he Ginyu Force, Cravor has made a name for himself for keeping the Ginyu Force off of the backs of many people due to not only his reputation, but his ability to know how the Force works. Cravor is a kind hearted man at heart, but has a hard outer-shell which he does not let many past, until they have proven themselves.
  	Haio Norgutagu is a Dodorian from Tharoush, a vicious and unruly planet known more for the thieves and criminals on it than it's beautiful landscape. Haio is a Dodorian with two problems. Trust issues, and lecherousness. Haio though a CO is a lot more laid back then he should be, Haio made a name for himself by being the first out on the front lines, pushing through anything placed in front of him and showing the resilience of his race. Though with the amount that he smokes and drinks, sometimes his smart-ass comments and lack of concern for authority would seem to be a problem, but when things get serious, Haio rises to the occasion without hesitation. He brings the term, "Work hard, Play hard" to an extreme.
  	Raphiel is a Zargonian who is rumored to be a 'Monster' on the battle field. No one has really seen Raphiel in action, his opponents almost never live to tell about it when Raphiel lashes out. Raphiel's sarcastic attitude and self absolved image of himself may seem a little much, and his smart ass remarks and Military hazing on underlings can be over whelming at times, but Raphiel does it for a 'good reason'. Raphiel has imagined himself in the sky as above everyone, and anyone working with him is an extension of himself, which means they need to be on par to help his image so he takes extra care to check on his comrades.
  	Whyle is an almost mysterious Saiyan. His appearance in the Elite Special Forces was most unexpected, Whyle being a Royal Saiyan with a high reputation for his actions being true to the Saiyan name. Whyle is distant from most people other than those close to him, many rumors surround this fighter, and when word spread that he was accepting people into his Elite group, most were in awe. Whyle only believes int he best of the best or those who have the potential to become the best. There's two ways to get on his good side.... if he has one... one way would be to beat him, which not many men could say they can, and the other way would be to get in good with his men, and since he keeps his friends close, it makes it difficult. From what it seems, Whyle may know too much for his own good, he may keep his friends close, but it seems as though he has a knack for keeping his enemies closer, even when at a distance.
  	Zeal is the head contractor and file keep at the Bounty Board. If there's missions to be done or insight into Bounties, she's more than likely the person you're going to be talking to. Zeal, though she doesn't often go out on the field, is resourceful in many ways.
  	Sarah is a bit of a tinkerer, and with what she believe to be a lack of educated and well mannered people around, she gets involved in all things that involve technology. If it used power, she'll figure out how it works, she'll figure out how to fix it, and she'll figure out how to make it better. She's also the owner of the Soldier's gear shop.
  	Cronzer Noitch is one hell of a doctor but one HELL of a strange and mysterious man. Cronzer is the head Doctor (and more than likely mad Scientist) at the Main medical facility on Vegeta. If you've gone on a mission and came back needing aid, chances are, Cronzer checked you our at some point. Cronzer is great at what he does, the only problem is, no one is completely sure what Cronzer is always doing, he pops in and out of places disappearing and reappearing at random, but he always manages to show up when ever needed.

  
  

  Third District

• .: Yasai City - Lord Marius's Territory
  Information: Yasai City is the largest singular city on Planet Vegeta. Yasai city is home to any and all, Lord Marius ruling with his many hands and allies in the Elite Special Forces including Whyle, one of the ESF's top groups. Marius's many ears and many allies keeps the city under-wraps, and at the same time, partially safe from outside ears- though not much goes in in his city that Marius does not know about.
  

  	Vincent was once a professional hitman who was a mercenary for hire, he was at one point partners with Cinther Elric- this was until a difference of opinion sent the two in different directions. Cinther turning his skill into a business, and Vincent traveling throught he universe on sneak missions for a high price. This was until something happened, some say it was Vincent getting tired of being a hired, gun, others say that he stacked too many skeletons in his closet. What ever the case, Vincent ended up in the hands on the Akuto clan using his skills to help others instead of using them to make a profit. This showed Vincent that there were other ways to make sure of his skills which lead him to picking up his own crew. Vincent is a restrained individual who is all about getting the job done as long as it's worth doing. If someone is willing to stand up for themselves, Vincent is willing to lend a hand.
  	Citheron is an extremely skilled fighter and renown mercenary. Around the time the Sanctum was disbanded, Citheron headed to Vegeta looking for work. Citheron quickly found himself approached by many fighters challenging him in an attempt to test his skills, many of which who chose to follow him and learn his ways in an attempt to better themselves. This lead to Citheron mentoring for fighters, the giant work load and the amount of missions which Citheron was getting taken care of lead to him recruiting an old ally of his, Ryo. Ryo as of late has been running Citheron's facility as Citheron is caught up in many things, though, when Citheron is around, his vast knowledge of combat and his many life experiences make him a great mediator and an excellent problem solver.
  	Vance is about as laid back as a Saiyan could get. Most call it arrogance, though for those who know Vance, know it's confidence. Vance was born into a Royal Family but despised Freeza's hold on the Saiyans and everyone else lucky enough to be in Freeza's presence, so to help himself slide under Freeza's radar, Vance began working as a mercenary outsourcing in many ways to manipulate the system to get what he wants with as little effort as possible. The shocking thing... Vance somehow usually manages to get what ever he wants, information, equipment, and even people of interest to who ever pays enough.
  	Jimmy is the owner of the most famous bar on Vegeta. spanning a large area with a few floors, this is the spot to go to. Jimmy is a great source of information about anyone who may have passed through his bar, and being a bartender, he may have even overheard a few things.
  	Rick is a known outlaw. Though the problem is that he has never been caught doing anything 'too terrible' to get himself in enough trouble that he can't get out of. Rick is more of a middle man, delegating and dealing were he sees fits and where he sees best. If there's other groups, factions, and organizations you want to know about, Rick's the guy to see, hell, if you want to make a little extra cash, he might have something for you as well.

  
  

• .: Low Town Sector A And B - Vassal Pritt's Territory
  Information: Low Town is home to the lower class citizens of Vegeta. Low Town is a slum filled with many shady characters who do what ever they have to in order to survive. Between Sector A and sector B is Vassal Pritt's Kingdom, distanced from the two cities which if it had not been for the separation, rival groups in the different sections may have already killed each other off. Though Low Town may seem like a waste of space to many, Low town still has it's many uses, underground workings, potential illegal buys, not to mention some of the more cutthroat Mercs and Bounty Hunters who don't have a moral line of right and wrong on missions.
  

  	Marcell…. An interesting character to say the least. Marcell is a rude, disrespectful, and above all else, care free man if there ever was. Marcell is the leader of a group of rogues who use to travel from planet to planet gathering resources or anything else their heards desired, until he had gotten himself into a heap of trouble with Freeza's forces grounding him to Vegeta with a heafty debt to pay. Marcell's hatred for Freeza is grand, but his absolute loathing for Cooler is even more, which that mixed with his ability to smooth talk his way out of the same situations his mouth got himself into int he first place, may be the only thing that saved his life from Freeza's forces. Though Marcell may be an ass, he is more than resourceful and he knows how to handle himself in even the scrappiest of battles.
  	Crae is a Zyloshian who survived a raid on his home planet almost 30 years ago. Crae is a man of action, and little words. It is not too often that he opens his mouth at all and rumor has it, that like the scars on his body, Crae's tongue mave have been cut from his mouth as well. Though Crae does have the strange ability to speak to people telepathically. Crae is battled hardened and ruthless at times, though his believes that if you think you're worthy, then you stand your ground and prove it. Honor, respect, courage, diligence, and compassion are Crae's best features, and his greatest weapons. Crae is a vicious man who believes that wicked men will get what they deserve, even if he has to do it himself.
  	Janice is crafty to say the least. If there's something difficult to get a hold of, more than likely she can get it, or at least find out what to do in order to get it. Janice also deals with stolen goods as well as 'off the books' work to be 'passed though' the system.
  	Joe Earmac has always been told that he would never amount to anything, so that's exactly what he did. Joe makes his living on the streets doing whatever he needs to do to make a buck. His main use has been his unusual nack for information. Weather it be that people simply tell Joe too much, or that Joe manages to weasel it out of people, or that he simply has an ear too good for his own good(And fitting for his titled last name) Joe could do fairly well for himself, if he didn't enjoy getting extremely trashed every night.
